A company based in NY, in the supply chain management industry, is looking for a Software Engineer!

Candidates in time zones closer to EST are preferred (ideally with a maximum of 3h of difference).

This is a fully remote opportunity!

This role focuses on enabling clients to make the right decisions in regard to replenishing their stocks to support their sales demand. In this role, you will be an engineer responsible for implementing systems and user interfaces to support the following capabilities:

  • Sales Demand Review
  • Sales Demand Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Inventory Optimization
  • Integrations with Data Services
  • Integrations with Marketplace, Inventory Management, and ERP systems

Responsibilities:

  • Implement enterprise-level user interfaces for Reactive Web Applications
  • Apply and advocate for best practices in web development across the team
  • Focus on delivering measurable business impact while also building for the long term
  • Collaborate effectively with an international and cross-functional team: PM, design, data science, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with React and Redux (or other equivalent modern frameworks)
  • Notions of Software Architecture Principles and Domain Driven Design
  • Analytical thinking; experienced with making product decisions based on data
  • Interest in innovations and open source
  • Professional working proficiency in English
